Nightclub 2-Step is a smooth, slow social dance danced to ballads — perfect for weddings and date nights. Using a simple slow–slow–quick–quick rhythm, this beginner-friendly class teaches you the basic step, partner connection, and a few easy variations. No experience or partner needed!

Instead of learning something new, we'll take what you already know and make it look amazing. We'll explore creative ways to style and transform your triples, giving your dancing a fresh, polished look without adding a single new step to your repertoire.

The rock and go is a leadable syncopation used to connect two patterns. Instead of ending the first pattern with a full anchor and then starting the next pattern with a walk-walk, the rock and go replaces all four of those beats — essentially skipping the anchor and the opening walk-walk of the next pattern and flowing straight into the new move.

n short — it's a smooth, flowing way to chain patterns together without the usual "reset" of the anchor, great for musical expression but requires a partner who knows what's coming.
